Joe Delperdang, a native of Remsen, Iowa, joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2003. He is actively involved in both firm management and client services, overseeing audits, reviews, compilations, and income tax engagements. Joe also leads the implementation of new accounting standards, develops the firm’s client service programs, and serves as the firm’s quality control manager.

He earned his degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. After graduating, Joe spent eleven years with a national accounting firm in Des Moines before relocating to the Siouxland area in 1996. He continues to serve closely held businesses with a focus on accounting, taxation, and general business advisory services.

Joe is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He is a past board member and president of Siouxland Cares About Substance Abuse and has served on the boards of the Siouxland Community Foundation and the Boys Club of Sioux City. A graduate of the 1998–1999 Leadership Siouxland program, Joe also dedicated time to community service during his years in Des Moines. In addition, he has been deeply involved in youth athletics, serving as both team manager and coach for a successful local soccer club in Siouxland.
